In conformitate cu prevederile Legii apelor nr.107/1996, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, titularul, DOBRE SILVIU-VIOREL, din satul Stefanesti, comuna Ilean, tel. 0767—338444; 0722-324685, intentioneaza sa solicite de la AN “Apele Romane”-Administratia Bazinala de Apa Buzau Ialomita, SGA Calarasi, Aviz de gospodarire a apelor pentru realizarea lucrarii: “ELABORARE PLAN URBANISTIC ZONAL PENTRU SCHIMBARE FUNCTIUNE DE LOCUIRE SI RIDICAREA INTERDICTIEI DE CONSTRUIRE”, amplasata in intravilanul satului Stefanesti, comuna Ileana, judetul Calarasi. Aceast proiect este nou.

Persoanele care doresc sa obtina informatii suplimentare cu privire la solicitarea Avizului de gospodarire a apelor, pot contacta solicitantul de aviz la adresa mentionata.

Persoanele care doresc sa transmita observatii, sugestii si recomandari, se pot adresa solicitantului DOBRE SILVIU-VIOREL in satul Stefanesti, comuna Ileana, tel. 0767-338444, dupa data de 30.08.2024, sau la sediul SGA Calarasi, sos. Chiciu, nr. 2, judetul Calarasi, in zilele de luni pana vineri, intre orele 9,00-13,00.

O copie cu anuntul din ziar, se va anexa la cererea de solocitare a Avizului de gospodarire a apelor.
