Prima misiune de stingere a pompierilor români în Grecia

28 de pompieri români cu 3 mașini de stingere incendii de pădure și 1 cisternă de mare capacitate intervin în zona regiunii Schimatari, situată la Nord de Atena, pentru localizarea și lichidarea unui incendiu care afectează o suprafață considerabilă de vegetație uscată.

Împreună cu pompierii eleni, care au dislocat în zona Dilesi un număr mare de resurse (peste 25 de mașini de stingere, precum și aeronave specializate), colegii noștri au salvat o fermă de animale și un parc de panouri fotovoltaice din calea flăcărilor.

Intervenția modulului are loc la solicitarea ofițerului elen, delegat în asistarea și buna desfășurare a întregii misiuni derulate de salvatorii români.
